Ric is Co-Founder of Founders Keepers, with over 15 years’ experience making key hires for some of the highest growth, digital companies in Europe and the US. Ric’s earlier career included finding and appointing senior talent for Skype and Zong before their eBay and PayPal acquisitions respectively. He has worked with leading US venture capital firms to bring their portfolios to Europe including Admob (now Google), Makerstudios (now Disney) and Wayfair (now $10bn IPO). Ric has made the first C-Level appointments for a host of Europe’s most successful start-ups including Moneyfarm, BabylonHealth, GetYourGuide and Deliveroo. He’s also advised Private Equity firms and global corporates to identify and secure talent to lead their digital transformations, including for WorldPay, Advent International and HSBC.

Lizzie is Co-Founder of Founders Keepers. Prior to FK she spent some years in executive search and recruitment roles, focusing predominantly on Finance & Investment mandates, and earlier in her career as Management Accountant for a large restaurant chain. Lizzie now oversees the day to day operations of Founders Keepers across company hiring, managing special projects, business operations and finance.
Hannah is Partner at Founders Keepers, where she helps fast-growth tech companies to build their senior management teams. She has spent her entire career working in executive search for high-growth companies globally, across tech sectors including SaaS, big data, ecommerce, fintech, medtech, and proptech. Hannah is passionate about helping her clients to hire executives who will make a long-term positive impact on the company’s growth. She also enjoys mentoring early stage companies on how to plan for hiring as they scale.
Stephen joined Founders Keepers from a consumer focused executive search firm, where he led the Technology and Digital practice. He advises startups, scaleups and globally listed businesses, as well as companies looking to implement digital transformation, across executive and non-executive roles.
Stephen entered executive search after more than a decade within governmental and technology communications, including six years with Google. He established the Campus London project, the UK’s largest early-stage incubator hub, developing a deep knowledge of the global technology startup community.
Sim has worked in search and recruitment for over a decade and today helps start ups, scale ups and innovative business leaders build out their leadership teams. Sim specialises in HR, People and Talent, and has passionate belief, as well as deep insight, into the value that these leaders bring.
Lucy has over ten years’ experience in executive search. After completing an MA at St Andrews University, Lucy worked for boutique firms Moloney Search and The Cornell Partnership before joining JCA Group in 2012 (now part of Heidrick & Struggles). At JCA Group, she focused on finding CEOs, Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors and other C-Suite Executives for FTSE 100 & 250 businesses. She worked predominantly across Consumer and Retail, and latterly was responsible for heading up the JCA Research team.
Dominique has over five years’ experience in executive search. During this time she has focused on Executive Committee and Non-executive Director assignments for global blue chip, FTSE 100 & 250, AIM businesses and private equivalents. After a BA at Durham University, Dominique qualified as a solicitor with “magic-circle” law firm, Allen & Overy before joining JCA Group (now Heidrick & Struggles) in 2013, and in 2019 joining Founders Keepers.
Alexander joined Founders Keepers as a graduate from Oxford University. During his studies he lived in Russia, Brazil and Colombia where he managed to hone his significant linguistic skills. At Founders Keepers, he is passionate about helping innovative businesses. He is skilled at identifying the best and most diverse digital talent to disrupt and transform teams, across a wide range of sectors, with specialism in emerging technologies.
Chloe joined the Founders Keepers team from executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, where she focused on senior appointments in the Education sector. Prior to this, Chloe read English Language at Newcastle University and spent her summers abroad, teaching English in both Oman and Rio.
Alice joined the Founders Keepers team from a Financial Services search firm, where she focused on mid level appointments within leading Private Equity funds worldwide and across sectors. Previous to this Alice started her career working in outplacement assisting senior directors in career transition, after gaining a Psychology degree from Northumbria University.
Rea has joined from executive search firm H.I Executive Consulting, where she was primarily focused on hiring Partner and Senior level executives in the Business and Professional Services sector. Prior to this Rea studied Law at the University of Hertfordshire and obtained her MA in Medical Ethics and Law from King’s College London.
Originally from London, Anna was brought up in Southern Spain. She began her career in office support and administration in 2015. Prior to joining Founders Keepers, Anna gained extensive experience in the recruitment industry, as well as having the opportunity to work as a Team Assistant in the private office of a high-profile and consequential politician. Anna enjoys utilising her organisational, people and language skills to support the Founders Keepers team in everything from diary management to planning events. Anna is also working towards completing her degree part-time.
Brent is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Founders Factory (corporate-backed venture studio and accelerator), Founders Forum (global community of founders, corporates and tech leaders), and firstminute capital (2017: $100m seed fund with global remit, backed by Atomico, Tencent and over 30 unicorn founders). Previously, Brent co-founded lastminute.com in 1998, was CEO from its inception, and sold it in 2005 to Sabre for $1.1bn. Technology businesses Brent has co-founded have raised over $750 million and include Karakuri and made.com.
Brent was awarded a CBE in the 2015 New Year’s Honour’s List for services to entrepreneurship.
